1. Operator

TopAIMuza.pl is run by Łukasz Król, KROL-TECH (the “Operator”); full business details (address, tax ID): kroltech.eu/kontakt/#dane-firmy. Contact: kontakt@topaimuza.pl and the contact page.

2. What the website is

• TopAIMuza.pl is a free, informational catalogue and ranking of Polish music made with artificial intelligence: artist profiles, track pages, genre lists, new releases and a player with videos embedded from the official services.
• Browsing does not require an account. The website does not sell paid services to users.
• TopAIMuza.pl is an independent project and is not affiliated with YouTube, Spotify, Deezer, TIDAL or any other music platform.
• The website uses YouTube API Services. By using the website you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Data obtained through the YouTube API is also processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Ranking and data

• Ranking places are not paid. A ranking position or a place in the catalogue cannot be bought. Any future advertising will be clearly labelled and kept separate from the ranking.
• Numbers come from public sources: the official platform APIs (YouTube Data API, Instagram) and artists' public pages on Spotify and Deezer (read once a day). Every number is shown with its source and measurement date. We do not fill missing data with estimates — a missing measurement is shown as missing.
• External data may be delayed, changed by the platform or temporarily unavailable. The ranking covers Polish creators only and is a relative list based on measurable popularity signals, not an artistic judgement or a guarantee of real reach. The ranking place is our own calculation, not a YouTube metric.

4. Creator panel (/konto)

• The creator panel lets the owner of a project complete and edit the public information on their profile. Sign-in uses a one-time link sent to the given e-mail address (valid for 15 minutes).
• Editing a profile requires proof of control of the YouTube channel assigned to the profile (a one-time code in the channel description) or manual verification by the editors. Confirming a channel does not settle copyright in the recordings.
• The creator is responsible for the accuracy of the information and for holding the rights to published material (e.g. photo, description). The Operator may refuse or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes the rights of others.
• An account can be deleted at any time by writing to the contact address. Account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Submissions, corrections and removals

• A new project can be submitted through the submission form (in Polish). A submission does not guarantee a listing — each one is checked against the published rules.
• Data errors, correction requests and requests to remove a profile or a track can be sent through the contact page. We verify them against the available sources and reply without undue delay.
• Content reported as unlawful or infringing the rights of others is reviewed promptly after credible notice and, if needed, access to it is blocked.

6. Copyright and lyrics

• Project names, recordings, covers, thumbnails and marks belong to their owners. The website uses metadata, thumbnails and the platforms' official players only to identify and describe tracks. Recordings are played from the official services — the website does not store or distribute audio files.
• Lyrics are published only with the right holder's consent, with the basis of publication recorded.
• The Operator owns the site layout, the methodology, the lists and the way data is presented. You may link to the website and quote its data with the source (TopAIMuza.pl) and date.

7. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to disrupt the website, bypass its security, impersonate creators in the panel or in submissions, send unlawful content, or generate excessive automated traffic that blocks access for other users.

8. Liability

The website is informational. We try to keep data current and correct, but we do not guarantee completeness or uninterrupted availability (maintenance, outages of sources or hosting). The Operator is not responsible for the content and operation of external services reached through links and embedded players. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes

These terms may change as the website develops. A new version applies from the date shown on this page.
